Our forums are made up of four main topics:

 

 

To read what people have been saying, just double click on a forum topic heading such as Carers and then double click on the heading of the discussion strand which interests you.

 

If you want to contribute to the discussions, you must register with the forum. To do this, go to the register button at the top right of the page:

 

 

When you click on this, you will be asked to agree to the following:

 

 

Next you will face a fairly long signup form:

 

 

Fill this in, including writing down the confirmation code.

 

Now, everytime you come to the forums, you can login with your user name and password:

 

And everytime you look at a discussion thread you can reply to what someone has written usingthe reply button which sits above and below each new message posting:

 

 

If you want to start a whole new discussion, just click on the new topic button and give your new topic a name and wait for people to start replying.
